If you have taken the chance to try one of our ‘Dinner for Two’ options in the Tavern the past couple of years, you likely have seen your meal arrive in a cast-iron pan, crafted by FINEX cookware right up the road in Portland. This rotating meal has proven a popular choice, so we’ve decided to take the idea one step further by creating a rotating $30 per person, three-course dinner, cooked and served family style in FINEX cast-iron, available in the dining room and Tavern. Children can share in the meal for $15, or order from the kid’s menu.
Available nightly, each meal will consist of a starter, entree and dessert, with the option to add a draft beverage of your choice for $5. Menus will rotate bi-weekly.
To kick this off, the first weekend, December 21 - 23, we will also have FINEX cookware available for sale at special prices, complete with recipes for the menu, just in time for Christmas.

Starter - Roasted fennel & winter squash, pumpkin seed pesto, parmesan
Main - Yankee pot roast, winter vegetables
served with house-made breads & roasted garlic butter
*vegetarian option available
Finish - Apple dumplings, vanilla cream
