Join Trisaetum vineyards on our Edwards St Patio from 6 - 9 on Thursday, August 15, for the next installment of our “Friends of the Valley,'“ dinner series. We’ll be behind the grill once again, preparing a special menu for the evening, with Trisaetum’s wines available as a full pairing, a la carte, or by the bottle.
Andrea and James Frey moved with their children to the Oregon Coast Range in 2003, where they planted a vineyard and started Trisaetum in a place where the soil and climate matched their spirit to produce some very special wines. In 2005 they found a location on Ribbon Ridge and cleared the site for a second vineyard and Trisaetum’s current wine-making home. As winemaker, James uses grapes from Trisaetum’s vineyards and select vineyards in Oregon and Washington to produce unique red, white and sparkling wines that have landed him accolades from press and public alike.
