Corollary Winemakers' Dinner

  • 720 E 1st St Newberg, OR 97132 (map)

Jeanne & Dan founded Corollary Wines with a singular mission: to explore the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley and its expression in sparkling wine.

They started learning about sparkling wine the traditional way—by drinking a lot of it! Then they began doing more structured tastings and planning trips to visit their favorite Champagne grower-producers. After several years and many books, they tried making some traditional-method sparkling cider in their garage. And it turned out great! That’s when they started getting serious about bubbles.

Through spending time in Oregon’s Willamette Valley they realized that Oregon has the perfect geography and climate to produce amazing sparkling wines. Finally, after years of preparation, they made the leap in 2017 and produced their first Oregon vintage, growing to produce about 1100 cases annually in the Dundee Hills.

We have fallen in love with their wines at R/W and are excited to prepare a five course menu for the night to highlight these delicious wines.

Tickets can be found here.
